Pressure vessel products have a wide range of applications and a variety of characteristics. Even in the same category of products, due to different customer needs, the product structure will also be different, resulting in the diversity of the manufacturing process. Most equipment works under pressure and temperature. Pressure vessels are subject to various static, dynamic or alternating loads, as well as additional mechanical or temperature loads.

 

The complex structure increases the variety of products. However, the relationship between the components of the product is relatively loose, and the product is easy to serialize and modularize. In the statistical process, it was found that there is a lot of similar information in the manufacturing process. The use of similar information can effectively improve the competitiveness of enterprises. Pressure vessel manufacturing technology involves multiple industries such as non-destructive testing and protection. Most pressure vessels contain compressed gas or saturated liquid. If the pressure vessel ruptures, the medium will suddenly expand and release a large amount of damage energy. It has high performance requirements. Because it operates for a long time under high temperature, vacuum, corrosion and other environmental conditions, the medium it contains is often flammable, explosive, highly toxic and harmful substances, so the stability and protection of the product are very important. In the manufacturing process of pressure vessel manufacturers, the welding quality of sheet metal parts is the main quality control point.

 

Precautions for Use

 

 

Dingjin suggested the operators of pressure vessels should be trained according to regulations and can only operate independently after passing the examination and obtaining the certificate. Check all components on the pressure vessel regularly to ensure that they have been correctly and reliably installed before use. The fixing and piping connection of the pressure vessel have flexible buffering space. Do not drop or throw it during loading and unloading or transportation to avoid collision. Insert the steel cap of the bottle mouth and do not knock it when removing the steel cap. Rubber seals and the inner surface of the pressure vessel should be properly coated with lubricant before use. Check the end plate and piping interface regularly. Replace the parts with severe wear and tear in time. Replace the parts with severe corrosion in time, and add lubricating oil regularly. The cylinder should be carefully checked before opening the valve, especially whether the valve is reversed. Open the valve slowly. Clean and maintain the equipment in time after use to eliminate hidden dangers.

 

Pressure vessel manufacturers are prohibited from attempting to disassemble any parts of the pressure vessel when the pressure vessel is under pressure. The system device should provide an over-pressure protection device, and the pressure vessel should not be used beyond the use conditions of the pressure vessel. Regularly check whether the accessories are complete, sensitive, and reliable. If you find any abnormal noise or other problems with the equipment, contact the maintenance personnel for inspection and repair in time. It can be used again only after the fault is eliminated. The pressure vessel should be kept dry during use, without any leakage or end plate components being often in a wet state.
