Brief Introduction to Dalian Dingjin
Dingjin was established in 2000 and expanded into international markets in 2014. It was the first dished head manufacturer to enter the international market and has always adhered to providing qualified dished heads to clients both at home and abroad. Dingjin owns a plant area of more than 6,000 m² and has complete equipment covering the entire production process, including blanket cutting, stamping, spinning, heat treatment, beveling, and surface treatment for dished heads. Dingjin's Qualification
Dingjin was certified to manufacture dished heads, spherical shell plates (for spherical tanks), and pressure vessels. It has also obtained the ISO 9001 certificate, Special Equipment Manufacturing License, and High-Tech Enterprise certification, and is one of the editors of the Chinese standard for Pressure Vessel Dished Heads and other related standards. Dingjin Possesses a number of skilled exporters, senior engineers and senior technicans who developed special processing technology for swivel with using spinning equipment on site.
Dingjin has fabricated the dished ends with following special shapes by far, such as flanged oblique conical heads, flanged small end of conical heads, flanged horn end, dished heads for furnace, cap shape dished heads, stern shape dished heads applied to submarine ends and special shape rotating body.
