What is non-standard dished heads?
Non-standard dished head fabricated by Dalian Dingjin refers to a curved end-closure for a tank or pressure vessel whose geometric ratios-such as crown radius, knuckle radius, or depth-do not match recognized code norms like ASME or DIN or GB25198. These custom pieces are built using specific dimensions to fit unique space limits or cost goals. Dingjin could manufacture standard and non-standard elliptical heads as per client's requirements.

Option 2: Wrapping plastic film
For cold forming carbon steel elliptical heads, clients could choose steel plates with plastic film to pack the dished heads to protect the surface during transportation.
Option 3: Wrapping felt blanket
For stainless steel dished heads, Dingjin advises to choose covering felt blanket with fixing plastic film after pickling.
