Raw Material Quality Control at Dingjin
Dingjin has established a strict raw material inspection system to conduct chemical composition analysis, mechanical property testing, and visual quality checks on every batch of steel plates since its foundation. This ensures that all raw materials meet the standards specified in the purchase order (PO) and design requirements, and strictly prohibits the use of non-conforming materials at Dingjin. The company evaluates and manages suppliers by selecting those with good reputations and stable quality, establishing long-term cooperative relationships with them. Regular random sampling inspections of raw materials supplied by vendors are performed to ensure consistent quality.

Quality Control of Processing at Dingjin
Dingjin develops detailed processing procedures and operating standards, requiring operators to strictly follow the guidelines. Quality inspections are conducted at every stage of the manufacturing process, including cutting dimensions, forming accuracy, welding quality, and heat treatment results, to ensure that each step meets quality requirements.
Dingjin strengthens the maintenance and management of processing equipment by conducting regular inspections and servicing to ensure that precision and performance meet production needs. Critical equipment parameters, such as press pressure, mold clearance, and welding current and voltage, are monitored, making timely adjustments and repairs when issues arise.

Quality Inspection and Acceptance at Dingjin
Quality inspection and acceptance are conducted using advanced testing equipment and methods to perform comprehensive quality checks on the dished heads. These checks include visual inspection, dimensional measurement, non-destructive testing, and physical and chemical property testing. Visual inspection primarily evaluates surface quality, shape, and dimensions to ensure compliance with specifications, checking for defects such as cracks, porosity, or inclusions. Dimensional measurements require precise instruments to verify diameter, thickness, height, and other dimensions, ensuring that deviations remain within acceptable limits. Non-destructive testing methods, such as radiographic, ultrasonic, and magnetic particle testing, are used to detect internal flaws. Physical and chemical property tests assess material hardness, strength, toughness, and chemical composition to confirm that the head material meets the required standards. Strict quality acceptance criteria and procedures are established, with each dished head individually inspected before release. Only dished heads that pass all inspections at Dingjin are approved for dispatch. Dished heads that fail inspection undergo analysis and corrective action to identify root causes and implement appropriate improvements, ensuring consistent product quality and reliability.
